📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues to mitigate potential problems.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and skilled project management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software development projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
