In this role, you will specialize in managing and nurturing client relationships for our luxury property portfolio across Bali's most sought-after locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Client Relations Executive, you'll be the voice of Stayrene Management, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and feel valued. You'll handle client inquiries, coordinate property maintenance, and resolve any issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and nurture client relationships for our luxury property portfolio
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote our properties and attract new clients
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in property management
• Attend and participate in team meetings and client events as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service in the hospitality or property management industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
