In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of overdue accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including analyzing financial data and providing recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
