📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the General Trade segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote Frisian Flag products.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the General Trade (GT) sector and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
- Ability to travel to various locations within Bali and other regions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
