As an Inventory & Logistics Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain and warehouse operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in the right quantities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software such as WMS or TMS.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
