📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Clover or Square.
• Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and other financial operations with precision.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly assistance.
• Manage and reconcile daily cash deposits and bank transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with changes in payment processing regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or front office role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and payment processing software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
