• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our retail and wholesale clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or wholesale sector.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of our products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to remote locations as required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, with English proficiency a plus.
