As an Electrical & Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You'll work with a range of equipment, including electrical panels, motors, and mechanical systems, using tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and wrenches. Your daily tasks will include inspecting systems for potential issues, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs when necessary. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure all systems operate efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components, including motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Work with a variety of tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and wrenches, to diagnose and fix issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our industrial systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local safety guidelines.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs, including detailed reports and logs.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and controls, such as PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, including OSHA and local safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
• Valid certifications in electrical and mechanical systems, such as NECA or NATE, are a plus.
