📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and consistency.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
