As our Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing and managing a high-performance sales team, targeting both conventional and electric vehicle (EV) fleets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and manage a high-performance sales team, providing training and mentorship.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on both conventional and EV fleets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to manage sales data and track performance metrics.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian commercial vehicle market, including regulations and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP for sales data management.
• Knowledge of EV technology and fleet solutions is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
