Indonesia Energy is looking for a dedicated Teller to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer responsibly.,Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or irregularities.,Assist in the opening and closing of the teller station.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of financial services and products.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to pass a background check.
