📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the driver fleet, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services.,Monitor and evaluate driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.,Handle driver recruitment, training, and development programs.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the driver management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics and transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
