Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet business needs and objectives.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor and analyze procurement spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and evaluations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in strategic sourcing.,Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and securing cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
