📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care according to the care plan, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.,Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.,Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the care team.,Assist in the implementation of therapeutic interventions, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to improve patient care and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Experience in rehabilitation and restorative care is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is required.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills in rehabilitation and restorative care.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in English communication.
