This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration and be proficient in using various financial software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports for management review.,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure compliance with budget.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
