Global Store Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Jimbaran. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor the branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Maintain strong communication with corporate headquarters to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies is a plus.
