📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain consistent service quality.
• Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Promote and uphold the company's values and mission in all aspects of the outlet's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is a plus.
