In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both employees and customers.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately.,Monitor store performance and report any issues to management.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or operations.,Familiarity with inventory management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic financial transactions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
