📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews.,Manage the recruitment process, including background checks and reference verification.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.,Proficient in using HRIS and other recruitment software.
