📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide training and support to junior inventory staff as needed.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
