📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and benefits enrollment.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
