📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments
• Act as the primary point of contact for shippers, transporters, and customs authorities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the shipping process
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure the best possible deals for our clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and client information
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs, trade, and transportation laws
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed of the status of their shipments
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of international trade and shipping regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software, such as CargoWise, TradeVance, or similar
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
