Bidang Cahya Restaurant is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and discipline.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Support the HR Manager in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
