📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Manage and maintain the clinic's cash register and related equipment,Process insurance claims and payments,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records,Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure smooth operations,Handle refunds and exchanges as needed,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic financial software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
