📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their operational skills and knowledge.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
