As an Assistant Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of samples, conducting routine tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation of samples for various laboratory tests.

Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.

Record and document test results accurately.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Clean and organize the laboratory workspace.

Assist in the inventory management of laboratory supplies.

Support the lab manager in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.

Good knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and protocols.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.

Proficiency in using laboratory software and data analysis tools.
