📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee the preparation of food items, ensuring quality and consistency.,Manage the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Manage inventory and procurement of kitchen supplies.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong leadership and management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
