📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.
