📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full HR cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.
