📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants, and clients, to deliver successful project outcomes.,Conduct project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment with business objectives.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.,Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and project management methodologies.,Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SAP S/4HANA implementation and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.,Certification in SAP S/4HANA or relevant SAP modules is a plus.,Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodology, including ASAP methodology.,Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results.
