In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling general administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and draft legal documents to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations,Provide legal advice and support to the management team on various matters,Handle contracts and agreements, ensuring all parties are protected and obligations are met,Manage and maintain company records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions,Coordinate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed,Assist in the organization of company events and ensure they run smoothly,Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements,Ensure the company's operations are in line with all applicable laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, especially those related to tourism and business,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with legal software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively,Passion for travel and the tourism industry
