In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of our site infrastructure. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our sites are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of site infrastructure,Work closely with the engineering team to ensure sites are running smoothly and efficiently,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance performance and reliability,Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and contractors,Monitor site performance metrics and report on key findings to management,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of site operations with overall business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of site infrastructure, including networking, power systems, and security,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of site engineers,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements,Experience with financial services or a related industry is a plus
