Lead and manage the field sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
