📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.,Manage and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
