In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.,Monitor and maintain vehicle service records, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.,Work closely with drivers to ensure they are following safety protocols and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.,Provide support to the fleet supervisor in planning and executing fleet-related projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
