📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and maintain the performance of the company's IT infrastructure.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.,Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of IT security best practices is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
