In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience and support efficiency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
