📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with drivers and mechanics for timely maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all vehicle regulations and insurance requirements
  • Plan and execute fleet-related activities in collaboration with the management team
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost to optimize efficiency
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Generate and analyze fleet performance reports

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Proficient in using fleet management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
