📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior staff on internal audit procedures.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal audit processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
