📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and serving beverages to guests.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stock and manage bar inventory, including alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.,Recommend and suggest new drinks to the menu based on guest preferences and trends.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and bar area.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Knowledge of various types of alcohol and mixology techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and beverage culture is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid ID and health certificate required.
