As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, as well as managing and supervising our crew. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.,Manage and supervise the crew, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and maintenance scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and documentation.,Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, including port authorities, suppliers, and customers.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards or risks.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the maritime industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, rules, and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Previous experience working with international crews is a plus.,Familiarity with ECDIS and other advanced navigation systems is a plus.
